If you cannot track any grievance that is not resolved before 30 April 2020, we ask you to register once again on the Jana Sunani Odisha website. - You will then be taken to the Jana Sunani Portal grievance registration page.
- Users will be able to choose from 3 options:
- Sign up – Users can “Sign Up” first and then log in.
- Login – Registered users and existing users can “Log in” directly.
- Register grievances “without logging in”
- Enter your complaint details after logging in and submitting.
Note that employees of the government who have any complaints about their service should register them in HRMS and not Janasunani.
