- Click on the ” Am I Eligible?” tab in the main menu.
- Direct Link – https://mera.pmjay.gov.in/search/login
- Candidates can enter their mobile numbers and the code shown in the image and click on the Generate button. Enter the OTP that was sent to your registered mobile phone number.
- By clicking the submit button you agree to all the terms, conditions, eligibility criteria, and data policy.
- Then, a search window will appear where you can choose your state, and the category (either search by name, search by HHD, search by mobile, or search ration card), and then select if you want to search for a name.
Ayushman Bharat List 2023 by Name Search
Select Category as and then Search by Name. The page will now appear as follows:
Enter your name and other details such as gender, age, area (district, village), Pincode, and spouse’s name. Then click on the search button to find out all of your information in the Ayushman Bharati Yojana list.
Ayushman Bharat Beneficiary List Search 2023 by HHD Number
The HHD number can be used to search for a person’s name on the Ayushman Bharati Yojana Beneficiary List 2023. Click on the Search by HHD number as a category just like you would for a search by name to open a page similar to the one below.
Candidates can check the list by entering their HHD number and clicking on the Search button.
Ayushman Bharat List 2023 Search By Ration Card Number
The Ayushman Bharati Yojana list of beneficiaries for 2021 can be searched by ration card number. Click on the Search by Ration card number as a category just like you would for a search by name or HHD number.
Candidates can check the list of PM Jan Arogya Yojana 2023 by entering their Ration Card number and clicking on the Search button.

- No registration is required to receive benefits.
